- Royal Suites: Prices are quoted per suite, per trip, valid for both single and double occupancy.
- All rates are quoted in USD (U.S. Dollars) and include a Full Board Meal Plan — breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
- Rates are inclusive of 28.8% service charges, VAT, and all applicable taxes, along with guided tours and sightseeing as outlined in the official itinerary.

- 0 – 2.99 years: Complimentary stay — free of charge.
- 3 – 11.99 years: 50% of the adult tour price.
- 12 years and above: Full adult rate applies.
Please note: Child rates apply only when sharing a cabin with parents (maximum one child per cabin).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure transparency, the following MS A Sara Nile Cruise cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
- From booking up to 180+ days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 180 – 120 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 120 – 60 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 60 days or No Show: 100% cancellation fee
An additional 3% bank transaction fee applies to all refunded amounts.
Cancellations involving domestic Egypt flights follow each airline’s own policy.
